Refund & Return Policy

This policy applies to all orders for Hardero placed through freshjoints.world, operated by Meridian Review Ltd.
1. Return window
You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return. This is in line with your rights under applicable consumer protection legislation, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU where applicable.
2. Conditions for return
- The product must be unused and in its original, undamaged packaging where possible.
- Opened products may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
- Returns received outside the 14-day window will not be accepted unless required by law.
3. How to initiate a return
To start a return, contact our customer service team within the 14-day window:

- Include your full name, phone number used to place the order, and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
4. Refund process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days. For pay-on-delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer to the account you provide.
5. Non-returnable items
- Products returned after the 14-day window without prior agreement.
- Products that have been damaged due to misuse or improper storage.
6. Delivery costs
Original delivery costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong product sent). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
